SYSTEM FOR CONNECTING AN EYE PITCH WITH A CLAMPING MEANS AND RETENTION MEANS FOR RETAINING THE EYE LOCK BEFORE TIGHTENING DESCRIPTION TECHNICAL FIELD The invention relates to the connection of a female electrical connector eye terminal to a terminal block terminal of a low voltage signal acquisition system. An example of application of the invention is in particular in protection and control equipment, particularly for a medium or high voltage electrical installation. STATE OF THE PRIOR ART Female electrical connectors include an eye lug for mechanically and electrically connecting them securely to a terminal block base. Known connection systems typically include a screw and a nut for clamping the eye lug on a conductive support tab. Nevertheless, the tightening of the eye lug by a screw and a nut makes the connection of the eye lug relatively long and complex to implement. It is known from US 2015/0118889 A1 a connecting device comprising an elastic arm rotatable under the effect of the pivoting of a cam, for fixing the eye lug to a support tongue. The cam pivots toward the eye lug when the screw is tightened in the junction box housing. In such a device, the eye lug is correctly retained relative to the support tongue only when the eye lug is attached to this tongue by clamping, which makes the connection of the lug to eye rather difficult. DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The invention aims to at least partially solve the problems encountered in the solutions of the prior art. In this regard, the invention relates to a connection system of an eye lug for terminal block terminal. The connection system comprises: an electrical connection member of the terminal, a first and a second retaining means of the terminal, and a return member configured to urge the retaining means towards one another. The connection system is configured so that the support of the eye lug on at least one of the retaining means generates a relative spacing of the retaining means relative to each other. The connection system is further configured to then bring the retaining means closer to each other under the bias of the return member when the retaining means are located opposite the eye of the terminal, for they hold the eye lug relative to the connecting member. The connection system also comprises a terminal clamping means configured to fix the eye terminal relative to the electrical connection member, once the eye terminal is retained by the retaining means. The connection system makes it easier to connect the eye lug, while ensuring satisfactory safety for personnel involved in connecting / separating the eye lug. The connection system is particularly capable of retaining the eye lug independently of its clamping attachment. The invention may optionally include one or more of the following features combined with one another or not. Advantageously, the electrical connection member comprises a support tongue on which the eye lug is intended to bear. This support tongue is preferably threaded to allow clamping of the eye lug to the support tongue by means of a screw. According to a particular embodiment, the retaining means are supported on one another through the eye of the eye lug, when they retain the eye lug relative to the connecting member. According to an advantageous embodiment, at least one of the retaining means comprises an end portion whose cross section narrows towards the other of the retaining means, to facilitate the insertion of the eye lug between the retaining means. Preferably, the end portion of at least one of the retaining means terminates in a point towards the other of the retaining means. Preferably, the connection system comprises a guide means configured to guide the movement of at least one of the retaining means towards the other of the retaining means, the guide means preferably comprising a duct. The guide means is preferably configured to guide the translation retaining means relative to each other so that they are aligned in a substantially vertical direction. According to another advantageous embodiment, the connection system comprises a housing of at least one of the retaining means, wherein the retaining means is at least partially housed and held when the eye lug is separated from the connection system. The housing makes this retaining means substantially captive, when the eye lug is separated from the connection system. According to another embodiment, at least one of the retaining means comprises a screw, which preferably forms at least partially the clamping means, and / or at least one of the retaining means comprises a pin. The invention also relates to a terminal block terminal comprising a plurality of connection systems as defined above, the connection systems being aligned on at least one side of the base and configured to mechanically and electrically connect connectors female electrical terminals with eye terminal at the terminal block. The invention also relates to a method of connecting an eye lug to a base, by means of a connection system as defined above, comprising: a step of insertion of the eye lug between the retaining means for the eye lug, during which the eye lug bears on at least one of the retaining means by moving the retaining means away from each other, then during which the retaining means are brought closer to each other; one of the other, under the bias of the return member when the retaining means are located opposite the eye terminal, to retain the eye terminal relative to the connecting member, a step of fixing the eye lug relative to the clamping connection member, once the eye lug is retained relative to the connecting member. According to a particular embodiment, the retaining means are configured to bear against one another during the step of fixing the eye lug by clamping. DETAILED PRESENTATION OF PARTICULAR EMBODIMENTS Identical, similar or equivalent parts of the different figures bear the same numerical references so as to facilitate the passage from one figure to another. FIG. 1 shows a base 1 for a terminal block for a low voltage signal acquisition system, for example for current / voltage measurement signals in a medium or high voltage electrical installation. The base 1 makes it possible to mechanically and electrically connect female electrical connectors 7 to a terminal block (not shown). With reference to FIGS. 1 and 3, the female electrical connector shown 7 comprises an eye lug 8. The eye lug 8 comprises a tip 81 from which extends a flange 82 delimiting a substantially circular eye 83. The eye lugs 8 allow a great security of attachment of the electrical connectors 7 to the base 1. The base 1 comprises a plurality of connection system 10 (Figure 3) located inside a housing3 and aligned on a front side 2 of the base 1 along a longitudinal direction YY of the base 1, called the axial direction. The axial direction Y-Y is substantially orthogonal to a direction of the height X-X of the base and a transverse direction Z-Z of the base which are also substantially orthogonal to each other. In FIG. 1, the axial direction Y-Y substantially corresponds to a horizontal direction of the base 1, the direction of the height X-X to a vertical direction and the transverse direction Z-Z to the direction of the depth. The base 1 has openings 4 for introducing the terminal opening on the front side 2 in the transverse direction Z-Z. These openings 4 are spaced from each other in the axial direction X-X. The base 1 also comprises upper holes 5 to introduce a clamping tool eye lug 8. These upper ports 5 are spaced from the insertion ports of the eye lug 4 in the direction of the height X-X. With reference to FIGS. 3 to 5, the eye lug 8 is able to be tightened / loosened by acting on a clamping screw 20 from the upper orifice 5. The clamping screw 20 comprises a head 21 through which a groove 22 passes through. engage the clamping tool such as a screwdriver (not shown). It also comprises a threaded rod 24 ending in a point 25 opposite to the head in the longitudinal direction of the screw 20. The clamping screw 20 extends longitudinally in the direction of the height X-X. This clamping screw 20 is intended to fix the eye terminal 8 to a support tongue 6, once the eye lug 8 is retained with respect to this support tongue 6 (FIGS. 4 and 5). The clamping screw 20 is also able to serve as the first means of retaining the eye lug 8 relative to the support tongue 6, as long as the eye lug 8 is not fixed to the tongue 6. With reference to FIG. 4, the clamping screw 20 is housed in a housing 51 comprising an upper stop 53 formed by a narrowing of the diameter of the support orifice 5. This upper stop 53 serves to retain the clamping screw 20 to 3. The risk of loss of the clamping screw 20 is then eliminated when the eye lug 8 is separated from the connection system 10. This housing 51 has a cylindrical wall 52 which forms a conduit for guiding the clamping screw 20 in translation along the direction of the height X-X. The clamping screw 20 is held against its stop 53 by the pressure exerted by the lower pin 30. The support tongue 6 is traversed between the upstream flange 61 and the downstream flange 62 by a circular opening 63 large enough to be traversed by at least a portion of the clamping screw 20 and the lower pin 30 described below. The circular opening 63 of the support tongue is threaded in a complementary manner to the thread of the support screw 20. The support tongue 6 is electrically conductive for electrically connecting the eye terminal 8 to the terminal block. It is intended to serve as support for the eye lug 8 in a closure configuration. The eye lug 8 is then mechanically supported on the support tongue 6. The connection system 10 comprises a lower pin 30, the lower pin 30 and the clamping screw 20 being located on either side of the support tongue 6 in the direction of the height X-X. The lower pin 30 ends in point 31 towards the clamping screw 20. The tip of the lower pin 31 is intended to come into contact with that of the clamping screw 20, especially in the open configuration and in the closed configuration. . The pin 30 comprises a bottom, opposite the tip 31, on which a spring 35 bears. The lower pin 30 is designed to serve as a second means of retaining the eye lug 8 when it cooperates with the clamping screw 20 to retain the eye lug 8 relative to the support tongue 6, as long as it is not attached to the support tab 6. The tips 25, 31 of the clamping screw 20 and the pin 30 are end portions whose section orthogonal to the axis of the height XX narrows towards the other of these retaining means 20, 30, to facilitate the insertion of the eye lug 8 between the clamping screw 20 and the pin 30. The spring 35 bears at one of its ends against the lower pin 30. It bears at its second end, opposite the first end, on the base of a cylinder 33 surrounding the spring 35 and the pin 30. The spring 35 is a return member working in compression to urge the lower pin 30 towards the clamping screw 20. The cylinder 33 houses the lower pin 30 and the spring 35. The cylinder 33 serves to guide in translation the lower pin 30 relative to the clamping screw 20 along the vertical direction X-X. The cylinder 33 is fixed relative to the support tongue 6. The method of connecting the eye terminal 8 to the support tongue 6 is described in detail below. In FIG. 6, the eye terminal 8 is electrically and mechanically separated from the base 1, in a first rest configuration which is also called an opening configuration. In this opening configuration, the female electrical connector 7 is electrically isolated from the connection system 10. The edge 82 of the eye terminal and its eye 83 are remote from the tongue 6 in the transverse direction Z-Z. The clamping screw 20 and the lower pin 30 are forced towards each other by the return force of the spring 35 so as to define between them a first junction zone 40. In this junction zone 40, located at their points 25, 31 respectively, the lower pin 30 and the clamping screw 20 are supported on one another. The clamping screw 20 is locked in its housing 51 against the upper stop 53, being above the support tongue 6. The upper portion of the lower pin 30 passes through the opening 63 of the support tongue 6. Between the configuration of Figure 6 and that of Figure 7, the eye lug 8 has moved in the transverse direction Z-Z towards the clamping screw 20 and the lower pin 30. FIG. 7 represents an insertion configuration of the terminal 8 similar to that visible in FIG. 3. In this figure, the eye lug 8 is being inserted between the clamping screw 20 and the lower pin 30. The edge 82 of the lug bears on the clamping screw 20 on the one hand and on the lower pawn 30 on the other hand. The edge 82 of the lug biases the clamping screw 20 and the lower pin 30 spaced from each other, against the restoring force of the spring 35. The tip 25 of the clamping screw 20 is spaced at most from the thickness li of the tip 31 of the lower pin 30. In practice, the clamping screw 20 has remained locked against the upper stop 23 in its housing 51 and only the lower pin 30 has moved relative to the support tongue 6 relative to the first rest configuration. The clamping screw 20 and the lower pin 30 define between their respective points 25, 31 a second junction zone 41 which is wider in the direction of the height XX than the first junction zone 40. The eye 83 of the lug is still offset in the transverse direction ZZ of the clamping screw 20 and the lower pin 30. Between the configuration of FIG. 7 and that of FIG. 8, the eye 83 of the terminal has continued to move in the transverse direction Z-Z towards the clamping screw 20 and the lower pin 30. FIG. 8 represents a retaining configuration of the lug 8 similar to that visible in FIG. 4. The clamping screw 20 and the lower pin 30 are brought closer to each other in the direction of the height XX, under the bias of the restoring force of the spring 35. In practice, the clamping screw 20 has remained locked against the upper stop 23 in its housing 51 and only the lower pin 30 has moved relative to the support tongue 6 relative to the first rest configuration. In FIG. 8, the connection system 10 and the eye lug 8 are in a second rest configuration. The clamping screw 20 and the lower pin 30 retain the eye terminal 8 relative to the support tongue 6 and the clamping screw 20 has not yet been clamped in the opening 63 of the support tongue 6. The clamping screw 20 and the lower pin 30 abut one another through the eye 83 of the eye lug. More specifically, the upper portion of the lower pin 30 or the lower portion of the threaded rod 24 pass through the opening 63 of the support tongue 6. The edge 82 of the terminal, the clamping screw 20 and the lower pin 30 are substantially at the same height xi in the direction of the height XX as in the first rest configuration. The clamping screw 20 and the lower pin 30 define between their respective tips 25, 31 a third junction zone 42 with substantially the same extent in the direction of the height X-X as the first junction zone 40. Between the configuration of FIG. 8 and that of FIG. 9, the eye lug 8 has remained stationary in the transverse direction ZZ relative to the support tongue 6. The clamping screw 20 and the lower pin 30 have moved in the direction from the height XX downwards, under the effect of the tightening of the screw 20 through the upper orifice 5, against the restoring force of the spring 35. The clamping screw 20 has moved in the vertical direction out of its seat 51 by pressing on the lower pin 30. FIG. 9 represents a retaining configuration of lug 8 similar to that seen in FIG. 5. In FIG. 9, connection system 10 and lug 8 are in a third rest configuration which is a closure configuration. . In the closed configuration, the female electrical connector 7 is electrically connected to the terminal block. The flange 82 of the lug bears on the head 21 of the clamping screw 20 on the one hand and on the support tongue 6 on the other hand. The rod 24 of the clamping screw 20 passes through the opening 63 of the support tongue 6. The threading of the rod 24 cooperates with that of the opening 63 of the tongue 6 to fix the eye terminal 8 to the tongue of support 6 via the clamping screw 20. The eye 83 of the terminal, the clamping screw 20 and the pin 30 are aligned in the direction of the height XX. The entire lower pin 30 is located under the support tongue 6. The tips 25, 31 continue to bear on one another. The tips 25, 31 of the clamping screw 20 and the pin 30 define a fourth junction zone 43 at a height X2 in the direction of the height X-X lower than in the other configurations. Of course, various modifications may be made by those skilled in the art to the invention which has just been described in detail. In the first rest configuration, the clamping screw 20 may be spaced apart from the pin 30, as long as the distance between the clamping screw 20 and the pin 30 is sufficiently small compared with the thickness li of the flange 82 of FIG. the lug to allow the flange 82 to spread the clamping screw 20 and the pin 30 when inserted between them. The position of the clamping screw 20 and the pin 30 in the direction of the height X-X can be reversed. The clamping screw 20 and the pin 30 may be aligned in an alignment direction which is inclined with respect to the vertical direction XX, when they are urged towards each other by at least one return member. . The spring 35 is likely to be replaced by other types of return members such as a magnet if the lower pin 30 comprises iron. The spring 35 may also be replaced by another elastic return member such as an elastic polymer block. The clamping screw 20 may also comprise a return member configured to urge it towards the pin 30, in particular when it is not biased towards the pin 30 under the effect of its own weight.
